IF YOU ARE NOT LOGGED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT THE SYSTEM WILL ASK FOR PAYMENT ON MEMBERSHIP VISITS!

In order to make a booking with your membership, you will have to login to your customer account, and then select “New Booking” tab. Then the booking system for both locations will show up on the page.

Then use the “Crooked Tail Members” to book for up to two guests at once and the price will show $0 for the members. You can add additional guests to your booking at the same time you are booking the members visits.

**NOTE: YOU MUST BE LOGGED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT. If you are not logged into your customer account, you will be asked for payment since the system does not recognize you as a member.

Mempurrship Policies

  • The $45.00/month includes unlimited visits to our cat lounge for up to two people. Memberships also come with a 10% discount on all cafe items and merchandise. Memberships are good at either location - Greensboro and Winston-Salem.

  • You will have to create a customer account and login into the account to use your membership. Once you have paid for your membership, you may book your visit using the "Crooked Tail Members" you will pay $0 for up to two people. You can add additional guests during your booking and you will be charged. 

  • You may also use your membership for walk-in visits, as long as there is availability. Please let the staff know that you are a member.

  • Your card will be charged on the same day each month and will continue until canceled.

  • You may cancel at any time in the customer portal. Please do not leave voicemails with requests to cancel your membership - our lines receive a high volume of calls and we cannot guarantee cancelation of a membership if you do not follow these instructions.

  • Memberships cannot be shared. The member must be part of the visiting group. The member may bring a different guest with each visit. If you would like to transfer a membership to someone else other than yourself, please let us know.

  • You may purchase a membership for a friend or family member, but you will have to share the login information with them. When signing up, use the name of the person that will be using the membership. After signing up, the login credentials (email, password) can be changed under the customer portal under the “Your Profile” tab.

  • All membership fees are non-refundable.
